What is the customer Management Masterclass?

We hold bi-monthly Customer Management Masterclasses for organizations wishing to improve the profitability of their customer management activities. There is no charge for attending the Masterclass and it is your opportunity to discover real-life best practices in the much-hyped area of CRM, and to gauge your own company's position relative to overall market performance. We demonstrate the importance of customer management by linking customer management performance to business profitability.

What does it involve?

The Masterclass lasts approximately 2 hours and centers around the sharing of experience based upon data from over 500 blue chip corporations we have benchmarked around the world. Our knowledge stems from our use of CMAT (Customer Management Assessment Tool), which has rapidly established itself as the world's leading Customer Management benchmarking tool.

We focus on typical business practices, and show you examples from both high performing, and badly performing organizations. We take a holistic approach to show you the importance of focusing on all areas of customer management, from marketing, through process to organizational design and technology use.
